From Fit for Life, by Harvey & Marilyn Diamond. Delicious on salads, raw or cooked vegetables. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons olive oil |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
3 -6 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil |
3 teaspoons scallions, minced (optional) |
3/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional) |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk everything together in small bowl, or shake together in jar. |
