Ingredients:
1 cup light mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon water |
1 tablespoon curry paste, red |
1/4 teaspoon saffron thread |
Directions:
1. Mix saffron threads and water into a paste. 2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. 3. Will keep short periods if refrigerated. 4. Serve with ham sandwiches, tuna salad, cold turkey. |
