Ingredients:
2 teaspoons curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
4 (6-ounce) lamb rib chops, trimmed |
1/2 cup mango chutney |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint |
Directions:
1. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. 2. Combine curry powder, salt, and pepper; rub evenly over lamb. Add lamb to pan; cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Combine chutney and mint; serve with lamb. |
