Curried Honey Chicken Bake |

A luscious and simple go-to dish for anything from a nice dinner party to supper at home with the kids. Such a nice diversion from the usual chicken sautes. Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey |
3 tablespoons water |
3 tablespoons honey mustard |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
3 teaspoons curry powder |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
1 garlic clove, minced |
6 chicken breasts |
3 cups rice, cooked |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a 9x13 baking dish combine honey, water, mustard, melted butter, curry powder, lemon and lime juice, and garlic; mix well. 3. Arrange in a single layer chicken breast halves, turning to coat. 4. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. 5. Serve chicken and pan drippings over hot cooked rice. |
