My husband found this recipe online and we love its simplicity and big flavor! Wonderful served alongside rice and broccoli. Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons curry |
1/2 onion, chopped thinly |
Directions:
1. Chop chicken, set aside. 2. Melt butter. 3. add remaining ingredients, mix well. 4. In a casserole dish combine chicken and sauce mixture. 5. Bake for 40 minutes at 350'F, uncovered. |
