Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) almonds, slivered/toasted |
1 avacado, sliced |
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) chives, minced |
2 tablespoon(s) chives, minced |
1 tablespoon(s) curry powder |
1 cup(s) fresh spinach, torn |
1 clove(s) garlic, minced |
11 oz can(s) mandarin oranges |
1 cup(s) red grapes, halved |
1 head(s) red leaf or romaine lettuce, torn |
1/2 cup(s) salad oil |
1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce |
1/3 cup(s) wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine lettuce, spinach, grapes, & oranges. 2. in a screw-top jar, combine oil - soy sauce (use about 1/2 of the dressing and top with nuts & avacado. 3. (the red leaf lettuce looks good with the grapes) |
