a simple 3 step recipe that is a pleasure to make. Ingredients:
1 (29 ounce) can peach slices, drained |
2 (15 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained |
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 cup margarine, cut into small pieces |
Directions:
1. Pour,and arrange fruit in a 9x13 inch baking dish. 2. Combine brown sugar and curry and stir well. 3. Sprinkle over fruit and dot with margarine. 4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bubbly around edges. |
