14 ounces frozen battered fish fillets |
16 ounces frozen crinkle cut french fries |
10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of celery soup |
3/4 cup milk |
1/3 cup mayonnaise or 1/3 cup salad dressing |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
parsley sprig, for garnish (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 12 x 7-1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. 2. Arrange the frozen fish on the bottom of baking dish. 3. Sprinkle French fries over the fish. 4. Combine soup, milk, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and curry powder; pour mixture over fish and French fries. 5. Bake, uncovered, in a 350-degree-Fahrenheit oven about 45 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with a parsley sprig, if desired. |
