3/4 inch raw turmeric, grated
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
golden raisin
1 cinnamon stick
oil
1 red onion, sliced
peppercorn, crushed
sea salt
1 cup spinach, chopped
red pepper, sliced finely
1 green chili pepper, minced
1/2 cup broccoli floret, chopped into bits
Directions:
1. heat oil.
2. fry cinnamon stick with onion, garlic, turmeric, curry powder.
