Great tasting side dish, fantastic at barbecues or with cold meat and salad. A real winner even with the young ones. :) Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
3 -4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 drop milk |
salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Cut hard boiled eggs in halves. 2. Eemove yolks and place in bowl. 3. Add mayonnaise, milk curry powder and salt and pepper, mix well. 4. Spoon mixture back into egg halves. 5. Press down gently with a fork. 6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. |
