Eggs accented with chutney and curry. Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs |
1/4 cup mango chutney |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to bowl. Add chutney to yolks. Mash together. 2. Stuff egg white cavities with yolk-chutney mixture. 3. In a small bowl, mix mayo, curry powder, and soy sauce. 4. Spoon or pipe sauce over each egg half. |
