Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/2 cup peeled, seeded, and finely chopped cucumber |
1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise |
1/4 cup low-fat milk |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with sliced tomato. |
