Curried Cream Cheese & Tuna Dip

A favourite pot-luck finger food!
Ingredients:
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 (250 g) package light cream cheese, softened
1 (170 g) can flaked tuna in water (drained)
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. In medium, microwaveable bowl, combine onions, cream cheese, tuna, curry powder, cumin and pepper sauce; mix well. Microwave, uncovered, on medium-high 1.5 - 2 minutes or until warmed through.
2. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with vegetable dippers, bread sticks or crackers.
3. Hint: Prepare this dip up to a day ahead; cover and refrigerate. Heat at serving time.
