Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter or stick margarine |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice |
1 1/3 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth |
2/3 cup uncooked couscous |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add curry and allspice; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. |
