So simple. so good. can easily be dairy-free! or cream could be added if you want to go there... leave out the curry and you have perfect dairy-free ice cream for kids! adaptable! Ingredients:
2 cans thai kitchen coconut milk (not lite) |
2/3 cups dutch coaco powder |
6 tbsp sugar |
2tbsp hot yellow curry powder |
toasted coconut (optional) |
Directions:
1. Make sure the coconut milk has no solidified clumps of coconut oil 2. if it does, melt it down over low heat 3. mix all ingredients well. 4. process in ice cream machine |
