1 1/2 cups chopped onions |

3 cups chopped kale or 1 package frozen chopped spinach |
1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth |
3 cups cooked chickpeas |
1 cup chopped tomato |
1/4 teaspoon salt |

1. Combine all ingredients in your crock pot and let it cookon low 7 to 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours. |
