Ingredients:
6 cups chopped roasted or cooked chicken |
2 celery ribs, diced |
4 green onions, minced |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons dry white wine (optional) |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
8 cups gourmet greens |
fresh fruit |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 8 ingredients. Chill. Spoon about 1 cup chicken salad onto a bed of gourmet greens. Serve with fresh fruit. |
