A great ladies luncheon salad this tangy spicy chicken is a will awaken your taste buds...and it's quick and easy to prepare and serve! Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1/2 cup chutney |
1 granny smith apple (diced) |
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped) |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup scallion (chopped) |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken breasts in chicken broth on stovetop until tender. 2. Remove chicken from broth, cool and cut into cubes. 3. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. 4. Chill and serve. |
