12 -16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed |
1 cup chicken broth |
1/2 small head cauliflower, broken up |
2 cups cubed potatoes |
2 cups thickly sliced carrots |
1 large tomato, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 garlic cloves |
3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon coriander |
1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt and cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine everything except lemon juice, salt, and cayenne in a slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. 3. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and cayenne. |
