Good served over rice with a side salad. Ingredients:
1 frying chicken, cut up |
salt |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
1 cup chicken broth |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Season chicken and fry in butter. Remove and set aside. 2. Fry onion and garlic. 3. Add curry powder, ground ginger, and tomato paste. Return chicken. 4. Add Chicken broth, cover and simmer. 5. Mix cornstarch and water, add to pan to thicken. 6. Serve over rice. |
