Curried Cheese Ball

Brought this recipe back from a trip to Annapolis- addictive!
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 cup raisins (i prefer golden raisins)
1/2 cup coconut, shredded
3/4 cup mango chutney (optional)
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Add curry through coconut.
3. Stir until incorporated.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Form into two balls and wrap in wax paper.
6. Chill six more hours.
7. Plate and pour chutney over cheese if desired.
8. Serve with sesame crackers.
