Ingredients:
2 teaspoons light stick butter |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 garlic clove |
1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, minced |
4 cups fresh cauliflower flowerets |
1/2 cup water |
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Add cauliflower and remaining 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 7 to 8 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. |
