cauliflower 49 cents a lb? Hrm, getting a hankerin for a low calorie meal using mainly CAULIFLOWER!!! Ingredients:
1 lb cauliflower |
1/2 cup half and half |
1 tsp curry |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp mustard |
1 tsp garlic |
1/2 tsp sea salt |
Directions:
1. steam small bits of cauliflower until tender 2. add spices and half and half 3. maybe add a little water 4. cook on low for a while |
