Very tasty! Ingredients:
4 cups cauliflower |
1 tablespoon milk |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1 cup cracker crumb |
Directions:
1. Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until tender-crisp. 2. Drain. 3. Put cauliflower in an oven-safe casserole dish. 4. Combine milk, soup, mayonnaise, cheese and curry powder. 5. Pour over cauliflower. 6. Combine butter and cracker crumbs. 7. Sprinkle over cauliflower. 8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. |
