My little sister who lives in Johannesburg, South Africa gave me this, sounds strange but it's really lekker (nice) Ingredients:
1 cabbage, shredded finely (small) |
2 teaspoons butter |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Put the butter, curry powder, sugar and salt in a saucepan, let it melt and sizzle a llittle then add the cabbage. Stir well, put the lid on and steam on a low low heat til cooked. You may have to add a tiny drop of water depending on the cabbage. |
