Steamed squash with sauteed onion, coconut milk, and curry Ingredients:
1 squash, butternut |
1 cup coconut milk |
1 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 yellow onion |
Directions:
1. steam squash while cooking the onions 2. add garlic 3. add squash 4. pour in coconut milk and 1 T curry powder 5. cook a little longer 6. serve |
