1. Cook 1 cup of brown rice in salted boiling water for 30 mins;drain, Melt 1/2 stick of butter in the same pot. Add 1/2c finely broken-up thin spaghetti,some copped almonds and raisins,curry powder,salt and pepper;cook 3 mins. Stir in rice and scallions. |
