This is good served over rice as a side dish for pork or chicken. I hope you'll give it a try. Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter |
2 cups celery, sliced diagonally |
1 onion, sliced (small) |
1 apple, cut in chunks (unpeeled) |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1 1/4 teaspoons curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In covered Med. skillet in hot butter cook celery and onion 10 mins.or til tender crisp, stir occasionally. 2. Add apple cook, covered 5 minutes. 3. Gently stir in remaining ingredients. |
