Crisp, tasty potatoes done on a apple/peeler/corer/slicer. I can't seem to make enough of these. Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
1 clove garlic, minced |
seasoning (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Using an Apple/Peeler/Corer/Slicer, core and slice potatoes to create long spirals. 3. Slice cores into 1/4 rounds. 4. Place potatoes in a shallow baking dish that has been lightly sprayed. 5. Melt butter with garlic. 6. Drizzle mixture over potatoes. 7. Sprinkle with what ever seasonings you like. 8. Examples: grated Parmesan cheese, and finely chopped green onions or garlic salt and pepper or even some of Emerils essence. 9. I double this recipe for my family. 10. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. 11. Potatoes should be tender and slightly crisp. |
