If you are trying to eat good but you are totally craving sweets, this will do the trick without the guilt. Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon dark cocoa |
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (1 packet) |
1/2 tablespoon sugar-free syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix together until smooth. You can also mix this with some Natural Peanut Butter too. Enjoy! |
