Ingredients:
leftover rice 1 c
curd 1cup or as u like
oil 1tbsp(for tadka or tempering)
mustured seed 1tsp
cumin seed 1tsp
dry chillies 1
green chili 1
salt as test
hing or asafatida 1 pinch
Directions:
1. mix curd ,rice, green chilli and salt
2. then heat oil 1st add musturd seed let it cracle,then add cumin and dry chilli and hing or asafatida and mix it with rice and served chilled
