Simple and fast to make. This is a cobbler type cake. Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour |
1 cup sugar |
15 ounces fruit cocktail (do not drain) |
Directions:
1. Mix flour and sugar. 2. Gently mix in fruit cocktail. 3. Bake in small casserole dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, till bubbly and golden brown. 4. Mixture will double in size while baking. 5. Can be served warm or room temperature. 6. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. |
