Another great one for St. Pats Day from Studio 5 Ingredients:
3/4 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
2/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until frothy. Serve immediately. |
