Ingredients:
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until frothy. Serve immediately.
