Tasty, easy to make, healthy soup Ingredients:
32 oz (raw) ground turkey |
64 oz regular 100% vegetable juice |
14 1/2 oz petite cut diced tomatoes |
1 cup corn, sweet, yellow |
1 cup peas, green |
1 cup slices carrots |
1 cup beans, snap, green |
1 cup broccoli, frozen, unprepared |
1 cup spinach |
1 cup slices okra |
1 cup seasoning blend |
2 tsp beef base |
1 serving seasoned salt |
1 serving table blend salt free seasoning blend |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain ground turkey. 2. Add vegetable juice, tomatoes and all frozen vegetables. Bring to boil. 3. Add beef base, seasoning salt and Mrs. Dash. 4. Cook until vegetables are of desired consistency. |
