1. mix the two mixes with a whisk 2. separate evenly into eight zip lock bags 3. get a microwave safe cup that holds a cup and half 4. spray cup insides with Pam 5. add the egg white oil and water mix for 20 sec's 6. micro on high for 2 minutes...check with a toothpick
