Easy, fast and delicious. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
3 cups milk (warm) |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until frothy 2. Mix remaining ingredients mix. 3. Place in custard cups. 4. Stand them in a pan of water. 5. Bake at 350° until firm in the center about 25 minutes. |
