Great with any fish dish. I found this in a recipe for Cumin-Lemon Seasoned Tuna Steaks. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons mango chutney |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon cumin seed, toasted |
Directions:
1. Finely chop any large fruit pieces in the mango chutney. 2. In a small bowl combine chutney, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and cumin seeds. 3. Cover and chill until serving time. |
