Ingredients:
2 fresh yellow squash, halved lengthwise |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Place squash halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet; drizzle with oil. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. 2. Cook cumin in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring and shaking often, 3 to 4 minutes or until fragrant. Combine cumin, salt, and red pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle over squash. |
