Just awesome. I got this from Vegetarian Times. Try this with cauliflower instead of potatoes. Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes |
1 large onion |
5 tablespoons oil |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons cumin |
2 tablespoons fresh thyme |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Dice onion. 2. 2. Saute onion in oil with spices. 3. 3. Bake potatoes in the microwave. 4. 4. Mash potatoes in a large bowl. 5. 5. Add milk and onions. 6. 6. Enjoy. |
