Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick), skinned |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle both sides of fish with spice mixture. 2. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, and add fish. Cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
