1 tablespoon ground cumin |
4 cups cauliflower florets |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil and cumin. Mix well. Add cauliflower and toss well. 2. Place on baking sheet and roast at 400 for about 40 minutes, or until softened and nicely charred. 3. Remove from oven and season to taste with salt and pepper. |
