Salmon with a southwest flare! Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
2 tablespoons cumin |
4 salmon fillets |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients and rub evenly over both sides of salmon. 2. Place salmon on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 4 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes when tested. |
