A recipe from The Vegan Chef that will make you say How come I never thought of that? Ingredients:
3 pita bread, split in half and separated into 2 circles |
olive oil |
ground cumin |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Cut each pita circle into 4 wedges and transfer to a cookie sheet. 2. Brush the tops of each of the pitas with a little olive oil. Sprinkle pitas, to taste, with the ground cumin and paprika. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until crisp. 4. Serve with your favorite veggie dip. |
