Delightful and easy. Goes well with most anything off the grill. Ingredients:
3/4 ounce fresh dill, chopped |
2 seedless cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced |
1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
juice of 1 lemon |
1 1/2 tbsp honey |
pinch of cayenne pepper (just for fun!) |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except cucumbers and mix until smooth. 2. Add cucumbers and toss lightly. |
