Taste of summer... Ingredients:
6 large cucumbers |
2 large onions |
2 cups water |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice cucumbers and onions into large bowl or jar. Pour in rest of ingredients and stir. Cover and let sit for at least 4-6 hours or best if you can overnight. |
