Ingredients:
5 salad cucumbers |
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel cucumbers, and cut into very thin slices. 2. Whisk together sour cream and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cucumbers. Serve immediately. |
