2 -3 cucumbers, sliced and if desired, peeled |
1 medium onion |
1 cup cold water |
1 cup sugar |
2 cups white vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix water, sugar, vinegar, and salt. 2. Pour over cucumbers and onions. 3. Serve chilled. For extra crispness, top with ice cubes. |
