This is a light and refreshing tasting salad or side dish. Quick and easy to make. Ingredients:
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled |
1/3 cup mint leaf, chopped |
1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped |
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Dice the cucumber. 2. Add the mint, onion and yogurt. 3. Stir well. 4. Salt to taste. |
