Ingredients:
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled
1/3 cup mint leaf, chopped
1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Dice the cucumber.
2. Add the mint, onion and yogurt.
3. Stir well.
4. Salt to taste.
