This side dish/yogurt salad is perfect for hot, humid days. You can thin it with water to a cream soup consistency or use a yogurt cheese (yogurt that has been strained) for a thicker mixture. Either way it is delicious! Read more ! Ingredients:
2 medium peeled and chopped finely cucumbers |
2 c. good quality plain yogurt |
1 clove minced garlic |
1 t. dried mint |
1 t. salt |
water for thinning to consistency |
Directions:
1. Put all ingedients in a small decorative bowl. 2. Mix and taste for desired saltiness. 3. Add water if too thick. 4. Chill until serving time. |
