This is really simple and works great with falafel or just on a salad. Ingredients:
8 ounces plain yogurt |
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced |
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried) |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Just combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir. It's that simple! |
